Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfil their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.
Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Lead Brand Manager for one of our investment products to be in charge of up to 3 people (PR, SMM, and Design). The product is revolutionizing the world of AI role-playing apps in the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships with Influencers to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, including positioning, messaging, and brand identity.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to make informed decisions.
    • Plan, execute, and oversee PR campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, events, media platforms) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Develop and manage content that reflects the brand's voice and values. This includes overseeing content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms
    • Manage the brand’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience.
    • Track and analyze brand campaign performance using digital analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve effectiveness.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, design, and overall brand representation across all digital channels.
    • Handle any issues or crises that may arise, ensuring that the brand’s reputation is protected and managed appropriately.

    We expect from you:

    • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing (PR, influence marketing) strategies focused on the product goal.
    • Proficiency in managing brand identity, positioning, and messaging across various channels.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools to execute digital brand campaigns and optimize online presence.
    • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and their restrictions.
    • Capability to conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
    • Skill in analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives.
    • Competence in providing creative direction and overseeing the development of brand assets, including visual identity, advertising, and content.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor brand initiatives and campaigns.
    • Ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to achieve brand goals and objectives.
    • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and agencies, to drive brand success.
    • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
