Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in managing relationships with our key stakeholders while planning and executing essential business analysis activities.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for detailing requirements, defining business rules, and serving as the functional reference for our development team.

Responsibilities

• Detail requirements and business rules for the Squad, acting as a functional reference for the team's developers
• Validate functional definitions to obtain approval from users
• Verify compliance of implemented requirements from the users' perspective
• Work closely with the Product Owner to explain product functionalities to the development team or users
• Define and execute various types of tests, including quality, UAT, and performance tests, in collaboration with the Squad's QA
• Manage and optimize stakeholder engagement through strategic communication and negotiations
• Utilize expertise in Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum, to enhance project flow and team efficiency
• Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with expert users and define technological needs

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in business analysis activities planning and stakeholder management
• Competency in defining and executing tests in alignment with QA standards
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Effective negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful stakeholder interactions
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Background in web and mobile site development
• Understanding of B2B systems and processes
• Knowledge of data queries
