Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced governance professional to join our Firmwide AI team. As the bridge between technology and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the access of our GenAI ventures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project milestones, and contribute to the growth of innovative AI solutions.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across the Firmwide AI website.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Write clear user stories and lead planning, testing, and release cycles. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process.
  • Assist Domains with strategic site redesigns.
  • Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements. Survey Follow up, Interviews with key Authors and End Users
  • Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements. Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand digital best-in-class solutions to deepen digital engagement and capture prospect leads.

You have:
  • Understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.

You might also have:
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably the areas of AI, machine learning and/or data analytics.
  • Financial Services Industry experience

The Firmwide Generative AI Team at Morgan Stanley is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement for the firm. The team is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and provide education on AI technologies to other departments across the Firm.
