Location: Remote- Indianapolis. Other cities accepted: Atlanta GA, Tampa FL, Cary NC, Richmond VA, Mason OH

Hours: Standard M - F

Travel: Limited travel

Position Overview:

This role will act more as a product owner than anything else. Responsible for supporting project delivery of Medicare Sales tools and platforms. This role will support new project execution for various initiatives to support Medicare membership growth.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
• Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs
• Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit
• Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing
• Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues
• May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team
• Understand and work to establish business requirements for IT project execution

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Agile methodology (including related tools & processes) is a must
• Agile certification preferred
• Experience with JIRA and JIRA align preferred
• Ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of project support including testing and implementation support
• Candidate should be familiar with Medicare Sales & Marketing tools and processes
• Experience in deadline driven environment preferred
• Detail orientated individual strongly preferred
