Role Summary The Business Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support key business decisions. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, managing databases, generating recurring reports, performing ad-hoc analyses, and supporting the development of solutions that optimize core business operations. The ideal candidate thrives on problem-solving, values precision, and is eager to identify opportunities for improvement through data. Job description: · Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights · Identify and communicate patterns, issues, and opportunities based on data analysis · Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards and visualizations · Proactively recommend improvements to processes, reporting workflows, or tools · Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data analyses and reporting needs · Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable deliverables Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: · Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering · 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within the healthcare industry · Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and performance tuning · Hands-on experience with Power BI · Experience with Snowflake is a strong plus · Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality · Strong commitment to process improvement · Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments Working conditions: Corporate office setting. The ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements, and ability to lift 20 lbs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
