Your Role and Responsibilities

The role of a Business Development Manager at Innovation Studio requires driving high impact engagements to Innovation Studio in working with our Sales Marketing and Ecosystem organization.

• This role will lead the overall strategy for Business Development at Innovation Studio and will drive outcomes in working with senior leaders and innovation studios across the globe.

• He/she will also be responsible for working with the Marketing Teams (Field Marketing Product Marketing) to drive engagements from CI to SQL and pipeline.

• Programmatically identifying engagement opportunities for Studios

• Promote the Innovation Studio experiences / journeys to GTM Teams

• Provide continuous constructive feedback to global team on what is working / not working

• Review engagements to ensure progress and movement across every client interaction

• Drive effective communication with our GTM Teams

Our Client Engagement team creates and orchestrates a system of best-in-class experiences at every client touchpoint to generate pipeline attract new clients and increase loyalty and retention.

Innovation studio managers are focused on moving our clients and ecosystem partners from inspiration to action. We provide clients and partners immersive experiences that help them see the power of IBM technology explore options that work for their business and then co-create alongside them. Innovation Studio professionals do this by working closely with the different IBM go-to-market teams like sales client engineering client success managers along with marketing as well as leveraging IBM’s experts in the product management and IBM research and development teams. Professionals within Innovation Studios have a mix of skills from engagement leaders who design the experience to the engagement consultants who lead the actual engagement and co-creation. We also leverage technical skills to build proofs of concept that become the catalysts for new engagements.

Salary starts at 5000 EUR per month based on relevant experience.

This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week.
