Job Overview

We are excited to announce a new role within our Arrow Cloud Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch speaking Business Development Manager with a strong background in AWS.

This individual will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our AWS offerings, working closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our market presence and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to promote AWS solutions and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for AWS offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on AWS solutions, helping them to achieve their business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
• Monitor and report on the performance of AWS business development initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in speaking and writing Dutch is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on AWS solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, solutions, and best practices
• Valid driving license and availability for business travel across the Netherlands.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
