Job Description
We are seeking on behalf of our client, a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the frontline voice of their company, focused on identifying opportunities and driving new business in the Cybersecurity and DevOps sectors. This role is critical to filling the sales funnel, building relationships, and securing qualified leads for our consulting solutions and global workforce management services.
You’ll execute targeted marketing campaigns, engage in initial outreach, and connect with decision-makers to position us as a trusted partner in solving their talent and consulting challenges. Requirements
Sales:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel sales outreach strategy, including email, phone, and LinkedIn engagement, to target ICP companies:
- Annual Revenue: +100M
- Employees: +500
- Cybersecurity/networking/cloud focus.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, progressing them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that highlight C-Serv’s recruiting expertise.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, including lead generation, meetings booked, and closed contracts.
Marketing:
- Create and execute marketing campaignsÂ
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Update marketing collateral, including case studies, email templates, and social media content, to support sales efforts.
