How will you make a difference as a Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen?
- Communicate with foreign nationals and/or client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses to case status or other general inquiries, and escalating legal questions as appropriate.
- Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies. May include document gathering, document review, case drafting, and/or preparation for filing.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or internal case turnaround times, as well as any other relevant client or team KPIs.
- Diligently update team/firm mandated data points and milestones in case management system.
- Prioritize customer experience by focusing on quality of work product, responsiveness, and expectation-setting.
- Provide status updates to clients and senior level team members
- Gain understanding of immigration case types and follow client and team specific processes.
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
- Willingness and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, which may include working independently from home, or within a team in an office.

- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role, either in retail or professional services
- A client-service mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, spot issues, pay attention to detail, and exercise good judgment to escalate matters appropriately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork
- Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel
The salary range for this role takes into account many factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors noted.
A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range is:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00
