Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-starter with an analytical mindset. This is a junior to mid-level IB Specialist is responsible for NetApp's Hybrid and Public cloud renewals reporting projects, programs and IB Management of our most strategic accounts. You will be working independently and/or works cross functionally to deliver on business requirements. Is considered as a subject matter expert on renewals data for NetApp Installed Base.

A passion for data analytics and experience defining, planning, and operationalizing large initiatives is a must. You will be analysing big data and, based on the findings, performs GAP analysis, design and implements process changes in our core tools, suggests modifications to policies, rules of engagement, metrics, and benchmarks.

You will build and maintain a relationship with all account stakeholders to better serve their business needs with primary focus on Service Contract Renewal Revenue and Installed Base Analytics. The ideal individual would display a solid understanding of MS Excel, Tableau and business analytics and process improvement engineering.

Job Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel reporting, dashboards and analytics
• Ability to create visuals, Pie/Charts/Trends or experience working with Tableau or other reporting SW.
• 2-5 years of data analysis experience, including intermediate to advance Excel skills, working with formula's, macros, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF statements etc.
• Ability to present to C-level executives with a proven Oral Presentation Excellence and decent knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to participate and contribute in cross-functional teams and subject matter expert teams.

• Intermediate level Program Management skills, demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving and good communication

Education

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 1-2 years' experience; or equivalent work experience.
