Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Analyze the Manufacturing Plant's financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build scalable solutions that can be adopted globally
• Prepare and review financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Leverage insights to propose segmentation, targeting & marketing effectiveness/improvements

• Utilize various tools (Adobe, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Access, SQL) to join disparate data sources together to create a more robust story for the business
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering departments to facilitate accurate cost reporting
• Provide recommendations and insight to plant management on inventory reporting, daily production variance reporting, implementation of discrete work order system within SAP, and interpreting plant's gross profit performance.
• Developed a centralized costing tool by product line enabling plant management to monitor labor efficiency and make key adjustments in real time
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses and performance reports as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/BBA/B.Com in Finance
• 4 - 6 years of experience analyzing Finance data
• Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues and effectively communicate the results to all levels of the organization
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx
• Experience building complex ETL solution is desired
• Experience in AWS, Python, regression, Machine learning etc. is a plus
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Gap Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis and Risk Assessment
• Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to collaborate in a global team environment
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
