We are seeking a Business Operation Coordinator to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers.
The ebanker will work with the Business Operations Team focused on Strategics Merchants and Partners, you will find many opportunities to engage with different business areas (technology teams, fraud prevention, commercial and merchant services) and improve the overall performance of payment solutions offered by EBANX.
Responsible for:
- Coordinate BizOps payment operations team;
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners in the payments operation, acquirers, card schemes and issuers;
- Define strategy to bring superior performance to EBANX payment processing;
- Support EBANX Growth projects such as Expansion;
- Define Operations Performance Roadmap with internal teams;
- Create a bold executable strategy to have scalability and efficiency in the daily operation;
- Support new merchants and integrations;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like fraud prevention, data, commercial and engineering to guarantee and deliver the best approval rates to our merchants;
- Monitor all pillars of approval rates considering the characteristics of acquirers, issuers, BINs, products and divisions like recurrent and card on file payments, card verification, installments and pre authorization;
- Conduct A/B tests with acquirers, focusing on improving approval rates and evaluating trusted MID scenarios;
- Be on top of local market trends and changes in regulations that may impact our payment operation and approval rates.
Main requirements for this position:
- Previous experience in the payments industry, e-commerce or similar;
- A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment;
- Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
- Analytical skills and attention to details;
- Tenacious and resilient with a positive and solution-oriented attitude;
- Excellent proficiency in English and Portuguese.
