Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers. (e.g., cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cyber-security solutions).
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience leading cloud-based transformation programs and software development solutions.
- Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.

The Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners, and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business.
As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing strategic programs for all Go-To-Market Sales teams that help drive the global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

Responsibilities
- Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across global and regional teams to drive business enablement best practices in the Google Cloud Sales organization.
- Define focus areas, translating them into initiatives and driving their execution globally, map a view of Sales team enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for business and technical excellence/overview training.
- Empower Sales teams to interface with all business growth content and tools.
- Coordinate best practices, and simplify regional enablement to help Sales teams navigate Google Cloud and drive the opportunity.
