Business Program Management, Go-To-Market, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers. (e.g., cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cyber-security solutions).

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  
• Experience leading cloud-based transformation programs and software development solutions.
  
• Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.

Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Experience with programs pertaining to data and analytics systems and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Scale the work of the Google Cloud GTM teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
• Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel, or scale the program's effectiveness globally.
• Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, professional, and timely manner.
• Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
• Provide program performance feedback to enable cross-functional operations and iterate on the program at scale.
