Business Systems Analyst - Gong Specialist

About the Role

• Assist different teams in the management of the Gong Instance

• Manage and maintain Gong 'Company Settings' including:

• Users and User Profiles

• Integrations with other platforms like Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and Genesys

• Trackers and Custom Vocabulary

• Company Library and Streams

• Create and Manage Deal Dashboards

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Export Reports

• Work off hours (time zone) depending on the needs of the team

About You

• Experience working in Gong

• Experience working as Gong Business Administrator/Technical Administrator a plus

• Experience working with Salesforce (Account/Contacts/Opportunity Object) and/or Salesforce Administrator a plus

• Comfortable working with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams

Current Tasks

• Manage and maintain Gong 'Company Settings' including:

• Users and User Profiles

• Integrations with other platforms like Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and Genesys

• Trackers and Custom Vocabulary

• Company Library and Streams

• Create and Manage Deal Dashboards

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Export Reports as needed

• Monthly User Usage report for the AI Adoption Dashboard

• Demos for different teams

• UAT Testing for Gong

• UAT Testing for Gong and Salesforce integration

• User import request for the 'Gong_Integration' Public Group in Salesforce GSI

• Participate in Team Onboarding and Training Sessions

• Office Hours for current teams

• User Training
