About the Role:
The IT Identity and Access Management team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Intern to join the team.
What You'll Do:
- Work on report generation, identification work in the user identity space, Workday data and Active Directory data parity.
- Complete projects in support of critical IT roadmap initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze their requirements
- Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve work-life quality for supporting IT teams
- Collaborate with internal teams and work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.
- Current student pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience. Graduating between December 2025 to August 2026.
- Working with internal customers to gather requirements
- Excel Skills including lookup functions and data validation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiar with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Positive attitude ready to tackle challenges
- Brings a customer service mindset to the IT organization
- Microsoft PowerShell scripting, python and/or GoLang experience, Microsoft Active Directory experience and some basic Linux experience are a big plus.
- Experience calling APIs is a big plus
