We have a temporary vacancy for a Business Travel Coordinator to join our Operations-Personnel Resources team. The successful applicant will arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of our corporate travel to include arranging flights, hotels and car rentals, preparing itineraries and assisting with visa processing and other related travel documentation for business personnel. You will be an exceptional organiser, communicator and problem solver, keeping in mind corporate policies and budgets.

A few key aspect of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with internal departments & employees preparing travel arrangements for  corporate colleagues.
  • Working with travel providers to pull together a travel itinerary
  • Providing advice about airline and country requirements.
  • Providing advice on flight delays and lost luggage.
  • Adhere to company QHSSE standards and demonstrate thorough awareness and compliance.
  • Arranging vaccinations as required.
  • Arranging visa’s as required.
  • Check and approve invoices

Who you’ll be working with:

Internal departments, employees, and travel providers such as a Travel Management Company

Who we’re looking for:

You will have previous travel agency or corporate travel experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

For this role it is imperative you are a good communicator,  have strong IT skills, to include Microsoft packages as well as a demonstrable ability to work to deadlines in previous roles.    You must have a High level of interpersonal skills as well as Organisational skills.
