About the Role

As a CAD focused Implementation Consultant, you will join a professional, dynamic and successful delivery team, responsible for providing support and consultancy throughout CAD and PLM project lifecycles and will be working on projects on the leading edge of innovation within industries from Consumer-Packaged Goods through Aerospace & Defence. You will be undertaking a wide range of activities. Interaction and interfacing with customers are vital to support the management of technical and process expectations whilst leveraging technical and industry best practice and experience to help improve productivity and efficiency through the adoption of PLM technologies.

Area of Responsibility

  • Ensure that the client's team is proficient in using the NX software and its various functionalities.
  • Support workshops and floor walking on customer sites.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and enablement for the client's end-users.
  • Provide post-implementation support to the client, addressing any issues or questions that arise.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for the continued optimization of the NX environment.
  • Understand the client's business requirements, business processes, and pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NX features, updates, and industry trends.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with Siemens NX
  • A degree (2:1 or better) or equivalent experience
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player who can work well with all people, including engineers and senior managers.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and expectations.
  • Self-starter who can show initiative and work autonomously when required.
  • Willingness and drive to learn and develop.
