What We Do:Â The Campaign Services team is at the heart of driving value for our customers. Our focus is to align with our customers to understand their marketing objectives and help them build programs that will deliver results. We partner with customers to launch strategies, provide readiness planning, media partner onboarding, media plans, assets, and timeline reviews. We provide campaign monitoring and optimization as well as reporting and guidance to ensure optimal execution and reporting.
What You Do: We are looking for a Campaign Manager as a direct point of contact for Integrate’s customers. Focusing on exceptional performance, Campaign Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our customers in the Integrate Software, providing leadership and guidance of the overall execution of the account. This role will directly liaise with our delivery teams, sales teams, and customers ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-in-the-Life:
As a Campaign Manager, a typical day may include the following:
- Work directly with a book of customers to build and launch campaigns on time, error-free, and within budget
- Build integrations for real-time lead delivery
- Create and deliver customer-specific reporting
- Assist customers with complex tasks as needed, such as seller posting challenges
- Provide performance or pacing monitoring, as needed for delivery team or customer review
- Proactively quality check and troubleshoot potential delivery issues
- Partner with CSM teams to ensure delivery of customer outcomes
- Use Workfront to track time, workflow, and project tasks
What Success Looks Like:
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at varying complexities **Volume of accounts vary by quarter or year, so the number of accounts you hold could change or shift**
- Ability to manage at least four complex clients, with a strong knowledge of client’s needs
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Raw HTTP Post)
- Campaigns on time, error-free
- Keeps account documentation up to date with detailed notes on tasks and time tracking
- Submits detailed product support tickets for any platform issues found in daily work
First Year in Role:
- Month 3: You are up to speed on your new book of business and understand each client’s needs. You are outsourcing more and more tasks for these customers and utilizing processes to optimize your time
- Month 6:Â You fully manage your required book of business and outsource all possible tasks to the appropriate teams. You are consistent in your work and assign all tasks correctly without error, as well as time-tracking all tasks correctly.
- Month 12:Â You provide thoughtful advice and guidance to your clients based on platform and industry knowledge. You seamlessly assign out all possible tasks to the appropriate outsourced team and do so without error. You have a consistent record of accurate time tracking, provide detailed updates, and utilize Workfront to track all account details. You begin to learn processes or products outside of your current scope to assist other departments or team members.
Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a desire to grow
