Summary
The Capital Project Manager position is located in the Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division of the District of Columbia Courts. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the management of capital projects for the D.C. Courts and may also be assigned project management responsibility for non-capital projects.

- A probationary period of one (1) year must be successfully completed.
- Background and security investigation are required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:  A High School diploma and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in construction projects.  Must have experience working on projects that include oversight over projects located in secured facilities.
PMP and/or CCM certification preferred. Experience working on both Design Build and Design Bid Build projects are also preferred.
