Accountabilities in this role
This position supports administration and sales reporting functions for domestic customers for the sales team for BD Capital Equipment product lines. This role is an individual contributor with specific requirements include preparing quotes, sales orders, managing sales programs, customer requests and inventory tracking duties.
Members of this team are the primary contact for our sales team assisting in supporting our medical equipment customers. The incumbent must provide demonstrated competency in essential job functions. Daily tasks are varied and often complex, which requires good judgment and the ability to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily Interface with BD Sales force to communicate on orders, issues and resolution of customer service issues.
- Review and create capital quotes utilizing quoting system.
- Review and create sales orders for capital and service billing in ServiceMax and MFGPro, including managing change and return orders.
- Purchase order follow up including review of invoicing and possible credit card processing.
- Equipment evaluation and sales programs administration including reporting on programs.
- Capital inventory tracking, coordination and reporting.
- Data reconciliation between ServiceMax and ERP system for capital Demo/Loaner/Evaluation pool of equipment.
- Completion of special project assignments as required.
- Support of divisional sales goals and operations of the Capital Sales Dept.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. A 2-year business or related degree preferred.
- 2-4 years' experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word & Access.
- Knowledge of ServiceMax, and SAP advantageous but not necessary.

- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, be a strong team player, who will strive in a fast pace environment.
