How you can make a difference
Perform the day to day servicing activities for the card operations including resolving raised cardholder issues in various card queues, pulling/reviewing/processing of vendor reports, reviewing card transactions for fraudulent activity, setup and programming of simple and complex client card parameters, monitoring/tracking/resolution of system failures and enhancements, vendor processes and audits, internal and external audits, process review and enhancement, procedure and reference material creation/update for both internal and external teams.
What you'll be doing
- Research, analyze, and process various reports and error lists. Drive research and resolution for identified trends and system issues. Makes decisions for complex errors and scenarios to reduce impact to systems, members, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Identify and troubleshoot account servicing issues, taking ownership for resolution and communication with the requestor, including liaising with clients, partners, and members.
- Take leadership on vendor and client level raised issues to resolve promptly and optimally.
- Pull and review reports for suspicious/fraudulent card transactions. Take actions to mediate resolution for any immediate financial risks and raise resolutions to internal and external teams as needed. Coordination with vendors for fraud related tasks.
- Adhere to operational policies in procedures to ensure the safety and security of member information. Understanding of how to report, manage and in-depth research knowledge for a security incident's ultimate resolution and communication to impacted parties.
- Identify and engage in process improvements for the team and company. Card process SME and provides partner support in projects and decisions.
- Analyzing team SOPs for opportunities for improvements. Leading efforts to develop new SOPs as needed.
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and the purple culture.
What you will need to be successful
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4+ years of operations or equivalent work experience
- Extensive knowledge of HSAs, FSA, RAs, Commuter and card industry required
- Understanding of regulations and guidelines provided by the IRS as they relate to Health Savings/Reimbursement Accounts a plus.
- Knowledge of card processors and various portals required
- Hands-on computer knowledge, understanding and skill with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and Internet Explorer - must be able to complete VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc. Some experience in Data Software programs such as (SQL). Sales Force Experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to complete work in an efficient and quality manner
- Exhibit adaptability in a team-oriented environment.
- Very organized and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to lead projects and issue resolutions independently in working with various internal and external teams.

Salary Range
$21.15 To $24.00 / hour

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
