Practice Highlights:
- Independent practice with strong affiliation with tertiary care hospitals that provides a full range of cardiovascular medicine, as well as a local community hospital
- Potential for directorship position
- Get actively involved as a faculty in ACGME accredited program
- Walk into a busy EP practice supported by 8 cardiologists and 12 providers and start performing AICD/PPM implantations, Afib ablations, LAA closure device and other cutting edge EP procedures
- Walk into a well-run busy device clinic along with a broad array of cardiovascular services: Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, and Structural heart and Large in-house diagnostic testing facility
- Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
- Employed model with base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA and productivity bonus and potential to become a partner.

- Potential for academics and research and participate as a faculty for medical residents and cardiology fellows.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
- Expertise in managing arrhythmias, performing ablations, and implanting cardiac devices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A dedication to providing high-quality patient care with a focus on innovation and outcomes.
