Carpenter/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including framing, remodeling, door hanging, base and trim moldings, drywall, taping and painting. The Carpenter/Laborer will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently. **Work References Required.** Duties • Perform frame carpentry for residential and commercial projects. • Execute trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precise measurements and finishes. • Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for improved aesthetics and insulation. • Ensure structures are plumb and level during construction processes. • Install flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, and tile. • Engage in remodeling projects, transforming spaces according to client specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications • Proven experience in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall, taping and painting, caulking, and related skills. • Experience in flooring installation is desirable. • Strong knowledge of remodeling processes. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
