We are now looking for Cash Management Process Controller, Invoice to Pay to join our Sourcing Operations team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

Warm welcome to Invoice to Pay Service Delivery Team. In this challenging position you will support processes related to Invoice to Pay Services, Cash Management Process. What you will do

• Execute, analyse, and report on Invoice to Pay Cash Management services, including subprocesses such as execution and monitoring of manual payments and money transfers 
• Process and monitor manual payments, including salary payments, authority payments, check executions and approval of large SAP payments
• Handle Cash Management related emails and tickets, and perform Cash Management reporting, ensure all payments are executed promptly without any delays, monitoring and maintaining bank account balances
• Provide guidance and management to our outsourcing partner and internal colleagues on daily Cash Management process issues  
• Manage escalations and implement relevant improvement actions to address the root causes related to the Cash Management process, proactively identifying the root causes of problems and proposing continuous improvements in the Invoice to Pay process area
• Contribute to and participate in Invoice to Pay Cash Management related development projects
• Act as a single point of contact/key user for defined Cash Management areas and foster cooperation with relevant Stakeholders e.g Treasury
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager, including backup activities for processes defined for Invoice to Pay Service Delivery 

Who you are

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or another relevant professional qualification in a related area
• You have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in payment processes 
• You are familiar with banking software systems, while possessing knowledge of tools such as SAP FICO (R/3 and S/4) is an asset
• You have accounts payable experience- Service Now and Power BI will be beneficial
• You are fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages relevant to UPM’s major markets will be considered as an asset (e.g. German or Finnish)
• You are a committed, service-oriented individual with solid communication and influencing skills, you possess analytical skills and pay attention to details  
• You have an organized and controlled approach to work, the ability to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and the ability to identify risks in your own area  
• You have collaboration and team-working skills and positive attitude towards changes, you have self-management skills and are not afraid to take the initiative and challenge the status quo
