Certified Nursing Assistant – $3000 Sign On Bonus

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care and services to residents under the supervision of a nurse.

• $3000 Sign–on bonus for all shifts

• Rates starting at $21.05 per hour

• Full–time shifts available: 7a–3p, 3–11p, 11p–7a

• Newly renovated units opening – Exciting growth time!

Responsibilities:

• Assists the resident with activities of daily living

• Recognizes residents' strengths and uses rehabilitative nursing techniques to restore or maintain independence

• Reports observations to Nurse concerning the residents' condition or activities

• Assist in meeting the resident's emotional needs.

• Assists in provision of a safe and clean environment

• Participates as team member in inter disciplinary care conference as requested.

• Transports residents from one nursing unit to another.

• Attends staff development programs related to job responsibilities and maintains educational requirements needed for certifications

Experience:

Previous health care experience preferred

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Licensure/Certification:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required
