Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Competitive compensation package based on experience, starting at $215,000 annually for new grads (per 1.0 FTE).

Full- and part-time CRNAs are also eligible for multi-year retention bonus, up to $90,000.

Position Description:

Penn Medicine is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our well-established and expanding Anesthesia practice at Chester County Hospital. The group is currently comprised of 11 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNA’s. The CRNA’s enjoy a broad scope of practice and partner each day in our care team model which includes Anesthesiologists and Anesthesia Technicians to provide the best possible care to our patients.

As a CRNA with Chester County Hospital, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide case mix including General, Uro, GYN, OB, Spine, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Colorectal, Breast, EPS, and GI. No hearts, no heads, and minimal pediatrics. 

The schedule will consist of rotating job shifts. Experienced CRNA’s and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pennsylvania RN license
• Bachelor's and Master’s degree 
• Graduation from an approved and accredited CRNA school
• CRNA certification from the AANA
• BLS & CPR certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience not necessary
