Job Description
Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Change Coordinator.
What you'll do:
Basic function:
Manages the change process to our products or processes and suppliers components to satisfy our customers' needs
Main responsibilities and authority:
• Change Management Process owner.
• Create the MCO in Enovia once a CO reach the Change Coordinator approval portion of the route.
• Coordinate with the APQP Quality Engineer the customer notifications for Engineering changes, Assembly line transfers, supplier changes, Equipment replacement, Production lines moves, Additional tooling capacity, Material changes, lines consolidation, Process Changes and others to customer headquarters and plant facilities affected, for project customer approval.

• Guide to the project teams or project leaders on projects presentations completion, to request customer approvals for desired change, filling the MCO check list and submitting the MCO in Enovia.
• Lead SCM projects and support the SQEs when they are leading supplier changes projects.
• Manages Issue (ISS) at the "Assign" state, sets the CFT Meeting, and manages the Enovia process until Closed.
• Support the plant project leader in process and customer requested changes to make sure the needed actions are taken.
• Coordinate with the APQP Quality Engineer the trial, PV and PPAP runs the break point notification as well.
• Track and identify key critical paths for change implementation.
• Schedule Project status meetings on regular basis.
• Create documented system and maintain records of activities for changes.
• Follow up with the project team members to make sure the operational metrics are maintained after the changes, for example, scrap, FTQ, OEE, rate per hour, etc.
• Ensure together with the project team that the EHS requirements are met after the change.
• Promote no associated costs are held due to the changes or that they get implemented at a minimum cost.
• Writes and updates all standardized work instructions for this position. #LI-DG2
Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineer Degree or similar
- 2 experience years in a similar position
Technical competencies:
- Desirable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, VSM and statistics
- Core tools knowledge
- Automotive industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- English 90%.
- Compliance with CI competencies: Intermediate level in 5S, Standard Work, BPS, VSM, LMF tools.
- Foundation level in TVSM tool.
