Job Description

The Digitization Change Management Specialist will support and lead the delivery of Change Management plans and activity across digital projects. Initially, this role will focus on supporting the serialization project roll out across North America. Current and future digital developments are in scope for this role. The Digitization Change Management Specialist is responsible for quality delivery of Change Management plans, deliverables, and activities across North America, with a particular focus in Plants.

Scope: North American Supply chain

Travel throughout North America will be required as part of the role, 25%.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as a contact for change management activities in the North America Supply Chain
  • Support enablement of people to be prepared for upcoming change
  • Understand, define & integrate needs for change success
  • Support the creation & definition of change management plans
  • Ensure change management deliverables are planned and executed in the different stages of the project
  • Use feedback & input to lead Change Management updates & improvements
  • Apply measures and controls to help ensure successful implementation, adoption and ongoing success
  • Support key plant staff in Change Management activities
  • Support the building of change management capability across CHEP
  • Input into Risk management regarding change management
  • Flexibility to work across different projects in Supply Chain, where needed
  • A solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques and how to apply them effectively
  • Expertise in how people experience change at an individual level and the journeys that different people go on when experiencing change
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – can demonstrate evidence of developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization
  • Can facilitate the process of developing a change vision and strategy
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong SharePoint and PowerPoint skills

Experience

  • End-to-end experience of designing and delivering change and embedding into business as usual
