Job Summary Responsible for leading culinary operations and ensuring high standards in food quality, safety, and presentation. Supports the Executive Chef and may lead the department in their absence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production • Maintain compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards • Assist with menu planning, inventory, ordering, and cost control • Manage, coach, and develop culinary team; participate in hiring and discipline • Ensure consistency and quality across all food offerings Preferred Qualifications: • Culinary degree or certificate with 3–5 years of experience • 2–5 years of kitchen or culinary management experience • Strong background in catering and high-volume production • Knowledge of food trends, cost control, and presentation standards • ServSafe Certification required Apply to Bon Appetit today!
