  • Objectifs de vente : Atteindre et dĂ©passer les objectifs de ventes pour les marques et indications assignĂ©es.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Territory Manager, you will play a vital role in achieving sales and business objectives, including:

  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned brands and indications.
  • Strategic Analysis: Provide analytical and bold perspectives to enhance customer value.
  • Market Growth: Identify growth drivers in the region and develop a customized business plan to maximize impact.
  • Industry Expertise: Become a recognized expert in your territory, understanding the dynamics of the healthcare environment, including clients, products, competition, and regulations.
  • Support for Healthcare Professionals: Provide technical support and training to professional healthcare clients.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Training teams to coordinate events and optimize patient experience.


Qualifications

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder :

  • Un baccalaurĂ©at ou un diplĂ´me de niveau supĂ©rieur.
  • Au moins trois ans d'expĂ©rience rĂ©ussie en vente dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
  • Une expĂ©rience auprès des dermatologues ou des spĂ©cialistes en immunologie serait un avantage.
  • Une forte orientation vers les rĂ©sultats avec d'excellentes compĂ©tences en rĂ©flexion stratĂ©gique.
  • Un sens aigu de la clientèle et de solides aptitudes collaboratives.
  • Une capacitĂ© avĂ©rĂ©e en planification commerciale, incluant l'engagement des clients et l'analyse critique.
  • De l'autonomie, une motivation personnelle et un esprit d'initiative.
  • Une maĂ®trise des modèles de segmentation client et une capacitĂ© Ă  prioriser les stratĂ©gies de marque.

Compétences supplémentaires :

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication, tant Ă  l'oral qu'Ă  l'Ă©crit, en français et en anglais.
  • MaĂ®trise des logiciels Microsoft et facilitĂ© d'adaptation Ă  d'autres technologies.
  • Un esprit d'apprentissage, intĂ©gritĂ© commerciale, et respect Ă©thique.
  • DisponibilitĂ© pour des dĂ©placements frĂ©quents et possession d'un permis de conduire valide avec dossier de conduite vierge.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least three years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience visiting dermatologists or immunology specialists is a plus.
  • A strong results orientation with excellent strategic thinking skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and strong collaborative abilities.
  • Proven capacity in commercial planning, including client engagement and critical thinking.
  • Motivation, autonomy, and a proven initiative spirit.
  • A thorough understanding of client segmentation models and the ability to prioritize according to brand strategies.

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and comfort with adapting to other technologies.
  • An eagerness to learn, high integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Availability for frequent travel, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
