The VA Healthcare system in Ft. Wayne, Indiana is seeking an experienced board-certified Chief of Anesthesia. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our veterans.
Position Highlights:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Essential Job Functions: Include but are not limited to:
- Perioperative anesthetic care to patients encompassing all ASA physical statuses.
- Preoperative assessments, including early consultations.
- Intraoperative direct patient care
- PACU care and appropriate post-op ward care when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD or DO Degree
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
