We are looking for a Chief Quality Engineer - Test Data Management with 11-13 years of IT experience in TDM (Test Data Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have enterprise-level TDM implementation experience using products like Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, IBM Optim, GenRocket, Delphix, etc.

• Implementing logical and physical models in a non-production environment
• Maintaining schemas, archival/backups, database refresh, etc
• Understanding industry domains like Healthcare, Insurance, BFS, etc
• Leading and driving TDM implementation at an enterprise level
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful TDM implementation
• Developing and maintaining test data strategies and policies
• Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations
• Performing data analysis and profiling to support TDM initiatives

• 11-13 years of IT experience in TDM (Test Data Management)
• Enterprise level TDM implementation experience using products like Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, IBM Optim, GenRocket, Delphix, etc
• Proficiency in at least one of the Service Virtualization tools like Mountebank, Parasoft, Broadcom LISA, WireMock
• Expertise in RDBMS, NO-SQL, and SQL programming like PL-SQL, T-SQL
• Ability to gather test data requirements and map them to technical solutions
• Experience in service virtualization and service mocking
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, etc.)

• Experience in building logical and physical models in a non-production environment
• Knowledge of industry domains like Healthcare, Insurance, BFS
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, etc
