Le responsable commercial du CIC joue un rôle clé dans la croissance stratégique de la gamme de produits Critical Infrastructure Communications (CIC). Relevant du responsable de la gamme de produits, ce poste travaille en partenariat avec les équipes commerciales régionales pour stimuler le développement commercial, développer les comptes stratégiques et maximiser les opportunités au sein du portefeuille CIC. En tant que représentant principal de la gamme de produits CIC dans toutes les régions, le responsable commercial fournira une connaissance approfondie des produits, un mentorat et des conseils stratégiques pour garantir l'alignement sur les stratégies de vente mondiales et les initiatives de soutien telles que les activités des partenaires de distribution, des OEM et de GE2GE

Principales responsabilités :

  • Aider Ă  amĂ©liorer les performances commerciales de CIC dans les rĂ©gions, conformĂ©ment aux plans opĂ©rationnels annuels.
  • Assurer le rĂ´le de mentor et de coach en matière de dĂ©veloppement commercial de CIC auprès des Ă©quipes commerciales rĂ©gionales, en les aidant Ă  comprendre le portefeuille de produits CIC et Ă  dĂ©velopper des stratĂ©gies pour pĂ©nĂ©trer de nouveaux marchĂ©s, segments et applications.
  • Garantir une veille sectorielle relative aux tendances, Ă  la dynamique concurrentielle et aux besoins des clients pour informer efficacement la gamme de produits CIC et les stratĂ©gies rĂ©gionales.
  • Favoriser l'adoption de la solution CIC en vendant aux Ă©quipes commerciales et aux Ă©quipes des partenaires de distribution. Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour affiner et amĂ©liorer les outils et les supports de marketing selon les besoins pour des opportunitĂ©s
  • Soutenir l'exĂ©cution des stratĂ©gies des partenaires de distribution du CIC en collaboration avec les Ă©quipes commerciales rĂ©gionales et GS Channels.
  • Soutenir les initiatives GE2GE dans toutes les rĂ©gions, en travaillant en Ă©troite collaboration avec les Ă©quipes commerciales rĂ©gionales et la direction de la gamme de produits afin de maximiser les synergies et les opportunitĂ©s internes.
  • Identifiez les Ă©carts de croissance commerciale, tels que les clients potentiels, le positionnement concurrentiel et les stratĂ©gies de prix, et travaillez avec les Ă©quipes chargĂ©es des produits et des ventes pour les combler.
  • Participer Ă  l'examen des comptes clĂ©s et Ă  l'Ă©valuation des opportunitĂ©s, contribuant ainsi Ă  l'Ă©laboration de stratĂ©gies d'enchères convaincantes qui augmentent les taux de rĂ©ussite.
  • Diriger des sessions stratĂ©giques annuelles du CIC et reprĂ©senter la gamme de produits CIC lors de rĂ©unions rĂ©gionales internes, d'engagements avec les clients, de salons professionnels et d'autres Ă©vĂ©nements pertinents.
  • Collaborer avec l'Ă©quipe PL pour vous assurer que les modèles de livraison, les processus de support et les ressources sont alignĂ©s sur les objectifs commerciaux en matière de satisfaction et de croissance des clients.

Qualifications/caractéristiques requises :

  • BaccalaurĂ©at en gĂ©nie, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe, avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expĂ©rience dans le service Ă  la clientèle, les ventes, le commerce ou la gestion de produits au sein d'une entreprise d'ingĂ©nierie vendant des solutions techniques au secteur de l'Ă©nergie Ă©lectrique.
  • Les exigences en matière de diplĂ´me peuvent ĂŞtre rĂ©duites pour les candidats ayant 15 ans ou plus d'expĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e dans un poste en contact avec la clientèle, en particulier dans le secteur des tĂ©lĂ©communications et/ou de l'Ă©nergie.
  • Solide comprĂ©hension technique des rĂ©seaux de communication, de l'automatisation industrielle ou des solutions de tĂ©lĂ©communications dans le secteur de l'Ă©nergie.
  • CapacitĂ© avĂ©rĂ©e Ă  articuler clairement des solutions techniques complexes Ă  des publics non techniques, y compris les clients, les parties prenantes et les Ă©quipes interfonctionnelles.
  • ExpĂ©rience dans le dĂ©veloppement et la fourniture de prĂ©sentations techniques, de propositions et d'analyses de rentabilisation qui alignent les besoins des clients sur les capacitĂ©s des produits.
  • CapacitĂ© et volontĂ© de voyager jusqu'Ă  50 % du temps, selon les besoins

  • ExpĂ©rience antĂ©rieure dans le secteur des tĂ©lĂ©communications et/ou de l'Ă©nergie.
  • Solides compĂ©tences interpersonnelles avec la capacitĂ© de motiver et de responsabiliser les autres.

  • Une expĂ©rience Ă©prouvĂ©e en matière de conduite du changement et d'amĂ©lioration continue.

  • ExpĂ©rience du commerce international au sein d'Ă©quipes interfonctionnelles et interculturelles.

Overview:

The CIC Commercial Leader is a key figure in driving the strategic growth of the Critical Infrastructure Communications (CIC) product line. Reporting to the Product Line Leader, this role partners with regional sales teams to drive business development, grow strategic accounts, and maximize opportunities across the CIC portfolio. As the primary CIC product line representative across all regions, the Commercial Leader will provide expert product knowledge, mentorship, and strategic guidance to ensure alignment with global sales strategies and support initiatives such as Channel Partner, OEM, and GE2GE activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive CIC business performance in the regions in line with annual operating plans.
  • Serve as a CIC business development mentor and coach to regional sales teams, helping them understand the CIC product portfolio and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, segments, and applications.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to effectively inform CIC product line and regional strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of CIC solution selling across sales and channel partner teams. Work with stakeholders to refine and enhance marketing tools/collaterals as needed for specific regional opportunities.
  • Support the execution of CIC Channel Partner strategies in collaboration with regional sales teams and GS Channels.
  • Support GE2GE initiatives across all regions, working closely with regional sales teams and product line leadership to maximize internal synergies and opportunities.
  • Identify commercial growth gaps, such as potential customers, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies, and work with the product and sales teams to address them.
  • Participate in key account reviews and opportunity assessments, contributing to the development of compelling bid strategies that increase win rates.
  • Lead annual CIC Strategy Sessions and represent the CIC product line at internal regional meetings, customer engagements, trade shows, and other relevant events.
  • Collaborate with the PL team to ensure that delivery models, support processes, and resources are aligned with business goals for customer satisfaction and growth.

Required Qualifications / Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service, sales, commercial, or product management within an engineering business selling technical solutions to the electrical power industry.
  • Degree requirement may be reduced for candidates with 15 years or more of proven experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within the Telecom and/or Energy sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of communication networks, industrial automation, or telecom solutions in the power industry.
  • Proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical presentations, proposals, and business cases that align customer needs with product capabilities.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, as required
