Customer Service Representative

Addison Group has immediate contract to hire for Customer Service Representative positions in Dallas and Irving, TX. We are currently recruiting for multiple clients in the entertainment and insurance industries. The Customer Service Representative will be working in inbound call centers assisting customers with support questions and resolving general issues. Pay is $14-15 per hour based on experience. Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent customer service experience in a call center environment
• Energetic and outgoing personality is a must
• Well-spoken candidates with good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
