As a key member of the Surgical Business Unit, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This role supports our fast-growing Surgical division, located in Austin, TX, with over 70,000 sq. ft of manufacturing and distribution space, which focuses on providing best-in-class, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty.

Business Unit Description:

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Technical maturity, complex decision making.

Extensive knowledge in specialized function. Contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Assignments are complex and require judgment and initiative. May act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. May be a team Lead or considered a subject matter expert for their work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs On-The-Job training, which includes DSOT with new associates
• Validates and provides feedback for Job Hazard Assessments
• Obtains certification for Department Safety Orientation Trainer
• Understands and can apply EGX (Enovis Growth Excellence) concepts to work area
• Notifies abnormal conditions to safety, quality, production, equipment, etc.
• Performs all clean room procedures with excellence and quality first
• Subject matter expert on equipment and operating parameters within the clean room
• Attends necessary safety, quality, and production meetings to drive actions

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• 2+ years in of related experience
• MS Office Suite experience
