Reporting to the Manager, Client Consultants, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) for all National and Complex certification projects in support of the Certification group’s goals and objectives.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Client Consultants.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Providing technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams

• Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure proper support and delivery, this includes but not limited to supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions

• Managing Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging various teams to facilitate issue resolution. Supporting off-hours on rotation.

• Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.
