As our Client Finance Analyst , you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

You will be a motivated finance professional to partner with the team and take some responsibility for a wide variety of core FP&A functions, both analytical and strategic in nature.

  • Responsible for completing project lifestyle (lock, reconcile, close projects timely).
  • Determine run rates to monitor financial progress against budgets.
  • Generate system reports and analyze data to provide commentary.
  • Ensure complete and accurately formatted documents for manager review.
  • Prepare client profitability reports.
  • Maintain timely accurate client billing, including supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and new agreements.
  • Maintain information related to annual client contractual obligations.
  • Ensure financial integrity of internal reporting and procedures.
  • Manage certain management reports, including Missing Time, Utilization and (Over)/Under Service.
  • Identify and communicate areas of concern.
  • Suggest process improvements.
  • Explain and translate financial reports to client teams.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including familiarity with the digital environment.
  • Proficiency of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Familiarity using financial reporting systems.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition, reserves/ absorptions).
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
  • Strong organization skills.
