Job Summary

Regional Accounts Client Manager opportunity! In this role, you will manage the renewal lifecycle for true group cases of 100-499 lives and meet or exceed targets for premium and case retention and profitability. In addition, you will identify growth opportunities within assigned block to meet or exceed block growth and contribute to sales goals within the hub.

  • Submit sold case documents and manage the implementation and installation for assigned groups. 

  • Establish and follow an annual business plan to manage the assigned block of business.

  • Conduct virtual and in-person customer and broker meetings.

  • Facilitate service delivery including answering contractual and process questions and training brokers and customers.

*Must live in the state of Florida to be eligible for this role*

*Ability to work remotely is a requirement of the role*

*Ability to travel 15% annually is a requirement of the role*

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive work experience in customer service, employee benefits, account management, sales support or HR generalist duties

  • Prior carrier and ancillary experience.

  • Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license. License must be obtained within 6 months of hire if you don’t already have.

  • Experience cross/upselling.

  • Experience/comfortable with getting in front of people for presentations, benefit fairs, etc.

  • Ability to travel 15% annually is a requirement of the role.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

 

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$80k - $85k, depending on experience plus bonus incentive
