Job Summary:
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to ensure each interaction is professional, positive, and efficient. You’ll assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance about our products or services while maintaining our high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate client records and update account information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Educate clients on company offerings, processes, and policies
• Track and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution
• Support account management efforts as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
