Job Description
We are looking for a Client Services Intern for the Hamburg or Munich Office. Could this be you?
- Duration: ideally 6 months
- Workplace: Hamburg or Munich (plus possibility to work from home)
- Start Date: flexible
About Us
As a company with studios across the globe, we power up the best minds from 31 teams in over 22 countries to create a unique skillset for each client. We spark ingenuity with global creative sprints that cross time zones and borders and spur on the best of our talent. That includes exceptional brand consulting and strategic design, brilliance in experience, retail and workplace design, and competition-smashing motion design. We are part of the WPP group.
The role
You will assist the Client Service team with their daily tasks. Your main tasks will be cross department project coordination to ensure an easy flow of communication over all departments involved in a project (client services, strategy, design, production):
- Handle various administrative and financial tasks
- Manage daily activity in client relationships: organizing internal and external meetings, providing clear and concise meeting reports and updating associated project status
- Prepare cost estimates and process timelines
- Collaborate with design teams in preparing briefings and participating in ideation sessions
- Coordinate small projects from start to finish: oversee all key milestones to ensure on time, on budget and on brief deliverables
What we’re looking for
You have a passion for design & strategy processes and would like to see what it feels like to evolve in an international and fast-paced environment?
As the Client Services Team, we ensure that the projects are delivered against clients’ expectations, allocated timings and budget. Hence, we are looking for a strong and responsible individual who is willing to learn about branding and can be autonomous and proactive to efficiently support a small team. We are always on the move and multi-tasking, so you need to be a quick learner and have excellent organization skills.
You should also be able to find your way around Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Finally, fluent communication skills in English and German are a plus, to ensure that communication runs smoothly within our teams.
Finally - our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
We believe diversity brings creativity, which is at the heart of everything we do. We are actively engaging in creating an environment free of discrimination, where our people and their uniqueness can shine and be celebrated. We’re working to set a standard for the industry as a whole, creating a culture of equity and belonging. We may not be perfect, and we know there is work to do, but we regularly check with our teams and Employee Resource Groups on how we are doing, using their insight to frame our thinking and actions, so we can all do better, working as one Landor & Fitch.
Due to the volume of applications, we unfortunately can only respond to successful candidates.
