We are searching for a Cloud Operations Team Leader that will be accountable for the Cloud Operations Teams.

It is important to have proven experience in Cloud for mission-critical web applications.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

• Coordinate a team of senior engineers with focus on 6 Pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework;
• Continuously improve incident response process and on-call procedures;
• Work along with Software Engineering, Information Security, Cyber Security teams to plan and prioritize projects;
• Build state of the art infrastructure, as well monitor web and API applications, identify issues and devise action plans;
• Help to maintain our DevOps and SRE culture;

What’s mandatory:

• Experience in leading a team;
• Monitoring obsession and experience with monitoring/alerting tools;
• Love for programing and automation;
• Long experience with mission critical web infrastructure experience;
• Linux, networking, VPN, firewall, etc.;
• Web stack (Apache, nginx, etc.);
• Databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL);
• CI/CD;
• Git;
• Advanced English skills;

What else would we like to see?

• Intermediate Spanish would be nice ;)
• Experience in fintechs;
