This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH with a headquarter in Frankfurt. This role is open for all locations in Germany.

Step into the heart of a significant IT transformation spanning Workplace, Infrastructure, and Platform Services, as we partner with a major Financial Services client. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and change in the tech industry. You will be responsible to manage and operate a large scale storage implementation for our client in a 24/7 environment.

Your working area & responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
• Manage a Team of SMEs
• SLA- and Availability-Management
• Ensure, that compliance and security requirements are met
• Continuous improvements and problem solving
• Drive technology domain automation and standardization
• Complete management of storage implementation (IBM, NetApp, Huawei)

Your skillset

• Strong knowledge in High-available storage implementations (incl. SAN)
• Technical expertise in IBM, NetApp and Huawei storage as well as corresponding tools
• Deep Knowledge in basic IT-Infrastructure
• Service Orientation / ITIL certification
• Perseverance
• German and English fluency is mandatory
