CMM Programmer

This company is constructing state-of-the-art aerospace component manufacturing facilities using software-defined precision technology. They are in search of skilled machinists who are enthusiastic about advancing their craft and engineers who are motivated to enhance the manufacturing process.

Searching for a Factory Technician to become skilled in their machining technology and procedures, especially their internal ERP System.

Requirements

Core responsibilities

• Take ownership of programming medium-complexity parts to acquaint yourself with our PC-DMIS automation tools and robotics cell
• Identify potential engineering projects that align with your interests.

• Establish suitable in-process manual inspections, and optimize final inspection methods for both prototyping and high-volume production scenarios.
• Act as an influential thought partner with the Machining and Programming teams, utilizing data and production insights to shape modifications to the manufacturing strategy.
• Develop clear, standardized work instructions to guide Technicians in conducting CMM and manual inspections.
• Identify metrology projects that you wish to take ownership of.

Required

• Experience programming aerospace parts using PC-DMIS
• Experience programming and metrology problem solving in an AS9100 environment
