Como Recruitment Coordinator estarás encargado del proceso de reclutamiento y selección de el mejor talento para nuestros clientes más importantes

Importante contar con experiencia en procesos Masivos Assesment center y evaluación por competencias.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar los procesos de selección completos desde la primera fase
• Publicación de las vacantes en diferentes portales y sitios web
• Entrevistas telefónicas, presenciales, en vídeo o dinámicas de grupo
• Elaboración de informes y comentarios sobre cada candidato y sobre el proceso en general
• Gestión de las fuentes de reclutamiento 2.0
• Funciones administrativas asociadas al puesto

Tú tienes...

• Formación en Psicología
• Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia como analista de selección RPO O HeadHunter
• Buen dominio de Excel
• Excelente capacidad de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita
• Muy buena organización y orientación al detalle
• Compromiso con el equipo y con los objetivos de Jobandtalent
