Job Description Summary

The North America Sales Team is looking for a College Coop to assist in daily account management activities.

Job Description

• Assist Sales Coordinators, Account Managers, and Sales Director with tasks related to management of the Ford and Stellantis accounts.
• Tasks could include working with the extended team to gather Vendor Tooling evidence and submitting that evidence to the customer for approval and payment,.
• Working on audit assignments to ensure Purchase Orders and Pricing are being tracked properly and other account management activities.
• Working with cross functional teams on customer VAVE activities and tracking
• No prior experience required, but a desire to learn and ability to use Excel spreadsheets are required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Graduation date of December 2024 or later.
• Must have and maintain 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or similar.
• Must be able to work 30+ hours / week.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and superior interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, focus on customer satisfaction, and exhibit continuous learning behaviors.
