We are actively recruiting for a Colorectal Surgeon to join our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Colorectal team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. About the position:

• General Schedule: Clinic 1.5-2 days; OR 1.5-2 days; Endoscopy 1 day 
• Clinic Hours 8a-4:30p M-F
• Works with 1 other Colorectal Surgeon and 1 Colorectal PA
• Call: 1:7 group call, no ED call; supported by 24/7 Acute Care Surgery team
• Clinic is well-equipped for office-based anorectal procedures and flexible sigmoidoscopy 
• Ample access to robotic surgery platforms with well-trained robotics team
• BE/BC in Colorectal Surgery
• Completion of colorectal surgery fellowship
• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Clinical experience is preferred
• Experience in robotic surgery preferred

TOTAL COMPENSATION: $440,000 - $500,000

Amounts listed may include quality/service incentives, and/or extra shift incentives as applicable.
Our plan includes an income guarantee, wRVU bonus incentive, sign-on bonus, reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals.
