Colour Consultant

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Colour Consultant, you are responsible to support Decorative segment on color scheme advice for customers, through Jotun's Color Consultation through social media applications service by showcasing our designs and promoting our products to enhance the overall shopping experience for end-users.
This Position is based at Riyadh and will report to the Retail Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and advise customers through Jotun's Colour Consultation WhatsApp service by showcasing our designs and promoting our products to enhance the overall shopping experience for end-users.

• Support architects, designers, and contractors by presenting our products, colors, and creative paint finishes, while encouraging their participation in Jotun workshops to grow the number of Jotun brand ambassadors.

• Support projects with color scheme proposals to consultants, architects, and specifiers.

• Coordinate with Applicators, Sales Executives, and dealers regarding color scheme adjustments and applications.

• Provide training and seminars about color schemes to external customers.

• Assist and co-ordinate with Sales Department and architect companies to ensure they are satisfied with our services

What We are Looking For:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.

• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
