What you'll do:
- Technology Adoption: Promote the use of core technologies (CRM, sales enablement tools, quotation tools) essential for sales operations;
- Process and Training: Collaborate with HR and Sales Training to implement processes and competency learning for effective customer journey management;
- Deal Reviews: Own and oversee the deployment and usage of enhanced deal review processes;
- Onboarding Programs: Work with HR to create onboarding programs that reduce sales ramp-up time;
- Operational Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of a standard operating and go-to-market strategy for North West Africa;
- Sales Ops Participation: Engage in the Sales Ops community to harmonize business practices and enhance productivity;
- Performance Metrics: Identify and utilize metrics aligned with sales growth strategies to measure improvements in processes and profitability;
- Negotiation Leadership: Lead the process for large deal terms and conditions negotiations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements;
- Data Quality Management: Ensure the quality of master data across all platforms and improve CRM data quality through collaboration;
- Order and Profitability Management: Manage the Order Center process, deal approvals, contract management, and lead profitability analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering economics or Sales & Marketing from an accredited institution;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Data Analytics, Pricing Management, or Contract Management roles with significant interaction with sales teams;
- Proven track record of achieving business growth;
- Fluency in English, as the role is internationally exposed.
