Service Plumber Job Description Company Overview: DMS is a privately-owned commercial mechanical service company operating in DFW. We strive to provide our customers with professional quality service. DMS started in 2012 with the sole purpose to provide a higher standard of service in our industry. DMS offers maintenance service and retrofit solutions to the industrial and commercial clients in the DFW area. Job Description Duties: • Performs plumbing repairs, including leaks, fixtures, drains, water heaters and domestic piping • Perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement • Completes quoted projects and service calls while maintaining profitability • Builds long term relationships with customers and works to the customer’s satisfaction • On call / stand by rotation as directed by business • Safely drives company vehicles insured by past driving performance records.
